Synopsis

A visitor's unexpected arrival at Darnley’s home casts a shadow over his marriage to Mary. Elizabeth discovers her efforts to intervene have had the opposite effect. Elsewhere, Catherine and Narcisse seek out King Charles, hoping to persuade him to return to the castle.
