Synopsis

A vessel of extraterrestrial origin descends upon Earth, and from it emerges a creature unlike any seen before – an alien equine known as Party Horse. He seeks the assistance of Mordecai and Rigby, imploring them to help him prepare for an upcoming examination in United States history.
