Synopsis

Bob has returned, but his condition is grave. Following brain surgery, he developed an infection, and the medical team discovered him in a precarious state. He is now in a medically induced coma. Meanwhile, the team journeys to Mexico, where a virulent strain of antibiotic-resistant tuberculosis is decimating the Zapatista revolutionaries.
