Synopsis

Bob raced against a catastrophic downpour of concentrated sulfuric acid, a deluge poised to obliterate Mexico City. The Department of Homeland Security, alerted to a potential bio-terrorism plot targeting the President of the United States, focused its suspicion on two American scientists.
