Synopsis

With the assistance of Cuban scientist Eva Ramone, Carlos and David investigated a claim alleging that an exiled Cuban was the victim of bio-terrorism. Having been convinced that Caroline’s nephew, Glenn, was showing signs of improvement, Bob contacted Simon Jessup for assistance.
