Synopsis

Carlos Serrano, Senior Researcher at NorBAC, sought a way to offer a dying friend a chance at experimental treatment. He persuaded David to illicitly supply a Houston laboratory with stem cells, hoping his friend would be the first to benefit from this radical gene therapy. The death of another child, however, ignited in David a fierce resolve to understand why the cancer treatment had failed.
