Synopsis

At the wind power facility, Carolina and Washington press their inquiry into the Director’s disappearance, probing his plans for the Freelancer A.I.s. Tucker and Epsilon observe them from a discreet distance. Elsewhere, during a lecture on Freelancer development, Maine’s A.I., Sigma, finds itself drawn to the topic of the fourth stage of A.I. rampancy: Metastability.
