Synopsis

When Kyoko falls ill, she and Haru resolve to seek medical attention. Haru manages to slip away from the Millefiore to find a doctor. Later, a Millefiore member spots her. Bianchi arrives to help, but they are soon cornered by the Millefiore member and his weapon of stinging bees. Eventually, Tsuna arrives and defeats the opponent with the Zero Point Breakthrough.
