Seong-joon’s arrival at Soonyang Construction was driven by purposes beyond simple loyalty. Meanwhile, Do-jun persuaded Se-hyun to pursue the acquisition of Jaea Construction, envisioning a digital media hub in Sangam-dong. Soonyang had its own ambitions for that same location, but hinged their plans on securing the project from the incoming Seoul mayor. With Chang-je’s election as the city's new leader, he defied Chairman Jin and ultimately awarded the coveted project to Jaea Construction.
