Synopsis

Reba’s patience frayed as Brock lingered at her house while Darla was away in St. Louis. She made no secret of her desire for him to leave. But Brock, unexpectedly struck with kidney stones, clung to her, unwilling to face the discomfort alone. Reba, despite herself, found herself tending to his needs. Elsewhere, Cheyenne’s altruistic spirit was dampened when her volunteer work at the homeless shelter devolved into the mundane task of washing dishes.
