Synopsis

In Lake County, Florida, Chief Investigator Rocky Harris was summoned to examine a disturbing case: the rape and murder of a young girl. Battling through flawed initial investigations and frustratingly fruitless leads, Harris found himself deeply troubled as the truth about the perpetrator began to surface.
