Synopsis

Returning from school, Akane and Ranma noticed an unusual fish in a puddle. Dr. Tofu suggested Ranma take it home for a class project. Kasumi, concerned about an impending tsunami, invited Dr. Tofu to stay with them. Upon arriving home, they discovered the creature was no ordinary fish; it was a baby dragon. Dr. Tofu learned that the dragon's flesh possessed the power of immortality, and soon after, the Frogman from episode 100 appeared, intent on consuming it.
