Synopsis

Ryoga met a dog named Checkers, a striking creature of black and white fur. The animal had saved P-chan from tumbling over a waterfall, and in gratitude, Ryoga began to care for him, providing food and shelter. One day, Checkers retrieved a love letter from Ryoga's backpack and delivered it to Akane. Unsigned, the letter left Akane puzzled, so she tasked Checkers with returning it to its author.
