Synopsis

Raz invested half a million pounds in the Curry Lounge, a 120-seat restaurant in Nottingham. Yet, just six months after opening its doors, the establishment is losing £3,000 each week. Perhaps the decor proves a deterrent; Gordon Ramsay, with characteristic bluntness, likened it to the interior of a lap-dancing club. Raz’s own doing has created a significant problem: the restaurant's peculiar policy of allowing customers to customize their curries. Indeed, patrons can order precisely what they d
