Synopsis

Once, The Walnut Tree Inn in South Wales enjoyed renown across Britain as a restaurant awarded a Michelin star. Now, under the stewardship of its new owner, Francesco Mattioli, an Italian chef, Gordon finds the kitchen in disarray; bereft of a Head Chef and devoid of patrons.
