Synopsis

We're celebrating dishes that make us say, "Why didn't I think of that?" with our friends Chef Curtis Stone, world-renowned Chef Jacques Pépin and Sara Moulton today. They're each cooking up a recipe they wish they wrote (from their own favorite chefs), including Oven Fried Chicken and a super simple dessert. And in her own kitchen, Rachael's dishing out her own take on Spaghetti alla Puttanesca using pantry staples.
