She's also chatting about the new (mostly) Italian issue of her mag, Rachael Ray In Season, with the editor-in-chief and her pal, Lauren Iannotti. Then, Chef Scott Conant's making an irresistible dish in his kitchen: Spinach Ricotta Gnudi (a.k.a. "naked" ravioli). And Rachael's serving up classic Chicken Cacciatore.
