R.J. Decker assembled an excellent team and chose a fitting Florida backdrop for this detective series. The show evokes comparisons to shows like Magnum P.I., capturing a similar feel of a private investigator enjoying the sunshine, and Burn Notice, where a displaced individual assists ordinary people while confronting neighborhood criminals. Should the main characters continue their current rapport, future installments could even incorporate elements reminiscent of Moonlighting.
