Synopsis

Dr. Asten requested that Quincy break his journey to his fishing holiday to perform an autopsy on a young boy. The local coroner was seeking corroborating evidence to support the closure of the foster home caring for the boy and several other children. To assist one particular child, Emily and Quincy persuaded the authorities to pilot a novel program: a qualified therapist would reside with troubled families in an effort to prevent crises and ultimately facilitate harmonious living.
