Synopsis

The death of a young person from a deceptively innocuous pill spurs Quincy into action, determined to dismantle the perilous – yet currently lawful – market for “look-alike” drugs. He begins by seeking answers as to why such products are permitted, focusing his efforts on shutting down a small, neighborhood shop that traffics in them.
