Synopsis

A German shepherd, initially purchased as a family companion, attacked and killed a young girl. Quincy began his investigation and discovered a complete absence of rules or oversight concerning dog trainers. He resolved to address the issue, only to find the task proving remarkably difficult, and that this particular tragedy concealed deeper complexities than he’d first imagined.
