Synopsis

A fire destroyed a nightclub close to Danny’s, claiming the life of its owner, Lou Chesler. Suspicion quickly fell on his wife, Elizabeth, particularly from an insurance investigator working for the company insuring Lou's life. He believed she had been responsible for the deaths of other men in her past and cautioned Quincy, the most recent one in her orbit, that he too might be at risk.
