Synopsis

The small nation of San Christos now has a young, progressive president who favors close ties with America. However, his position remains precarious; he could easily lose power should the disturbing rumor prove true – that an American-supplied Diphtheria vaccine is inadvertently harming the very children it aims to protect. Quincy and Sam have been dispatched to San Christos to investigate these claims and, if possible, safeguard the lives of its young people.
