Synopsis

En route to a Forensic Pathologist convention in Sacramento, the Sheriff of a small town pulled Quincy over on the roadside, leaning out his car window in an attempt to fight off sleep. Deciding it was for Quincy’s own safety, the Sheriff locked him up. That night, a fire broke out within the jail cells, claiming the lives of four men.
