Synopsis

Quincy pressed on with his efforts to shut down Dr. Colella’s practice and prevent further prescriptions being issued to drug addicts. However, the situation shifted dramatically when Marty Herrera, a young man aspiring to become a doctor, was arrested for Dr. Colella's murder. Though Quincy found it difficult to accept the boy’s guilt, he couldn’t deny that the evidence appeared to incriminate him directly.
