Synopsis

A beloved children’s television personality, and a friend of Quincy's, is devastated by the sudden death of his son from a drug overdose. Unaware of his son’s struggles, he feels betrayed upon learning that a local physician had been prescribing these drugs. Quincy and the star, Brock, visit the doctor’s office and discover a large crowd of addicts assembled outside, each clutching money with the intention of securing a prescription.
