Synopsis

In Valleyview Sanatorium, an elderly man passed away, ostensibly from a heart attack. His grandson, unconvinced by this explanation, funded an autopsy through the Medical Examiner’s office. Dr. Quincy performed the examination and informed the young man, David, that everything appeared normal. The matter seemed closed until another patient, a young woman named Anne Freedman, died at the sanatorium under similarly ambiguous circumstances.
