The initial setup proved quite captivating and featured a pleasing ensemble of performers, but the show ultimately failed to sustain its early promise. It began as a serious political story before incorporating various other genres and familiar tropes, all with a noticeable feel reminiscent of Netflix productions. The inventive spark faded relatively soon, leading to repetitive cycles of conflict between the characters. This restricted the scope of the narrative considerably given its extended length of over eleven hours. The storyline focused primarily on female characters, who were initially presented well—with thoughtful character development, engaging interactions, and stylish costumes. Nevertheless, by the conclusion, they became indistinguishable in a rather uninspired combination, diminishing their individual appeal. While the series wasn't entirely without merit, it fell short of expectations. A positive aspect was its brevity compared to the standard sixteen-episode format. However, the superhero sequences with slow motion were awkward and the concluding preview hinting at a possible second season felt unnecessary.
