Brandon found himself with a golden opportunity when Churchill, the celebrated canine cast in a dog food commercial slated to film at the restaurant, proved unexpectedly camera-shy. Brandon, too, succumbed to nerves, jeopardizing a chance at a thousand dollars and crushing Punky’s hopes for his ascent to stardom. For this failure, Punky didn't hesitate to call him a bad dog.
