Synopsis

At a gathering of the Firefly Girls, Punky took an immediate liking to Maria Aragon, a girl who was deaf. But Maria harbored a worry: that her hearing loss would forever keep her apart from the others. Sensing this, Punky dedicated herself to helping Maria find her place within the troop and forge friendships.
