Synopsis

Punky and her friends have been puzzled by Brandon's recent odd behavior. The situation takes a turn when Brandon is accused of biting their new neighbor, Ms. Jenner. Consequently, Ms. Jenner demands that Brandon be euthanized. As a result, he is taken to an animal shelter for examination.
