Synopsis

Driven by a mischievous impulse, Punky begins a gossip column for the school newspaper. Her endeavor quickly draws censure from her teacher, her classmates, and Henry alike. The column proves consistently disruptive, reaching a peak of trouble when it reveals to Mrs. Winston, her teacher, the culprit behind a prank involving a frog in her briefcase. Mrs. Winston mistakenly assumes the responsibility lies with her biology class, unaware that the prank was perpetrated by her history students.
