Synopsis

Henry sought to conquer his apprehension about speaking before crowds, finding an unlikely avenue through assisting Punky with a petition to transform a vacant lot into a park. However, another man, Mr. Arnold, harbored a different ambition: to erect a mall upon the land, oblivious to Chicago's already saturated retail landscape. Despite his initial reluctance, Henry found himself advocating for Punky before the city council. Ultimately, the council voted to designate the vacant lot as a park.
