Synopsis

Punky’s tap dancing was a disaster; she moved with an awkwardness that seemed to defy rhythm. Determined to avoid further humiliation, particularly after their instructor, Jersey Janet, had labeled her a klutz, Punky resolved to quit. Henry, meanwhile, appeared increasingly drawn to Jersey Janet. Seeing Punky's distress, he helped Jersey Janet devise a role for her in the upcoming recital – a whimsical bee costume allowing Punky to swing above the other students, who would be dressed as flowers.
