Synopsis

A new zone was established, intended to allow immigrants the freedom to practice their faiths. Religious leaders convened for a press conference at its location in Mitake New Town, unaware that the venue had become a target. A suicide bomber, carrying explosives, struck, and the ensuing investigation fell to Unit One. Their task: to unravel the motives of an anti-special-zone faction.
