Synopsis

Eugene Franks, who had been imprisoned following an arrest by Henry in 1978 for alleged plans to bomb the SBPD, was released after the District Attorney overturned his conviction. When Shawn received the assignment to investigate the matter, his father insisted on assisting him; yet, the case proved far more complex than he initially believed.
