Synopsis

Having sold their condominium, Rose, Giancarlo, and their daughters now reside in the cramped basement of Rose's parents' home. Their aspirations center on a spacious, single-story house featuring a gourmet kitchen and proximity to desirable schools. The Property Brothers intervene, assisting them in discovering an affordable dream home with the potential for timely renovation. However, once committed to the project, Rose and Giancarlo find themselves frequently questioning Jonathan's decisions.
