Synopsis

Designers who have previously demonstrated skill in the challenges are offered a second chance. This time, they must craft a cocktail dress from a palette of only black and white textiles. With a budget of one hundred dollars and a single day allotted, the designers are required to utilize every scrap of fabric they purchase.
