Synopsis

In pursuit of a novel negative wave emanating from an Emorgear, Reiji arrives at MultiEarth Ι5109. There, he begins an investigation into a peculiar Emorgear incident: humans inexplicably transforming into bubbles. He joins forces with Kiki Iwai and Kotobuki Takanari of the Galaxy Federal Police's Forensics Division to unravel the mystery. As the trio delves deeper into the incidents, a new Emons attacks them, and Kiki transforms into Gavan Luminous!
