Synopsis

A string of seemingly random murders plaguing the streets of St. Louis leads Rachel and the VCTF team to suspect a military veteran, one who employs whatever weapons are at hand. Their attention narrows on an erratic, rambling homeless man (guest star Jeremy Roberts) who appears to fit the profile.
