Synopsis

The VCTF team pursues a serial killer who appears to target those he considers corrupt. Three murders rock Chicago in rapid succession: a former President of the Federal Reserve, a prominent escort, and a Chicago police officer. Detective Jim Henegar, assigned to the case, resists relinquishing control and obstructs Sam and the team's progress. The evidence eventually points to a Judge, whose son had been influenced by the victims in various ways. Their influence ultimately leads to the son’s ar
