Synopsis

When a hospital becomes the target of a bombing, the VCTF is dispatched to investigate. It quickly becomes apparent that this is no random act; a highly skilled explosives expert is at work, clearly driven by a specific purpose. Bailey (Robert Davi) calls upon Coop (A Martinez) to assist with the case in Atlanta. His return is fraught with awkwardness, given his and Sam (Ally Walker’s) recent separation. The bomber continues his deadly campaign, targeting individuals who appear to have no connec
