Synopsis

VCTF has been brought into an active investigation concerning the murder of a young woman known for her beauty. The crime occurred a year prior, and despite extensive efforts, no arrests have yet been made. Investigators have identified a suspect currently serving a death sentence, and the evidence suggests a matching pattern in the breaking and entering employed at both crime scenes. However, Sam harbors doubts about the convict's guilt, believing he is not responsible for his victims’ deaths.
