Synopsis

Two men are found dead, and in each case, their organs arrive at hospitals mere moments before they are required for transplant. Sam and his team investigate the murders, identifying a suspect who was likely a recipient of organ donations in the past. He is now, in a twisted way, reciprocating by providing organs to individuals with the same rare blood type as himself.
