Synopsis

A fervent anti-nuclear scientist (guest star Robert Sampson), along with a team of hardened commandos, seize a banquet room filled with Washington, D.C. officials. They declare their intention to kill the hostages unless the President concedes to a complete ban on nuclear weapons.
