Synopsis

As Jack of All Trades, the inventive yet persistently evasive serial killer who has been tormenting Sam, continued his game with the VCTF team and their loved ones, Bailey ordered everyone into the task force's fortified command center. They worked urgently to devise a trap for Jack. Knowing their elusive quarry enjoyed observing them from the shadows, and appearing almost everywhere at once, the frustrated team decided to use Sam and Agent Grant as bait, hoping to lure Jack into the open.
