Fresh from a breathtaking escape from the brutal Panamanian prison of Sona, brothers Michael and Lincoln Burrows are fueled by a burning desire for justice against The Company—the clandestine organization that shattered their lives and tragically took Dr. Sara Tancredi from Michael. His relentless pursuit of retribution leads Michael to Los Angeles, but his world is thrown into chaos when he learns from Company agent Gretchen (posing as Susan B. Anthony) that Sara is still alive. Now, understanding that true freedom demands more than just escape, the brothers commit themselves to finding Sara and dismantling The Company once and for all. With unexpected assistance from Homeland Security agent Don Self, they gather a new team alongside trusted allies and returning faces: Mahone, Sucre, Bellick, and tech whiz Roland Glenn. However, their mission is fraught with danger; they must outwit deadly Company assassin Wyatt while also tracking down the elusive T-Bag. Michael and Lincoln are about to discover that infiltrating The Company will prove far more challenging than any prison break they’ve ever faced.
