Synopsis

Confined within the Panamanian prison of Sona, Michael, T-Bag, Bellick, and Mahone desperately seek an escape. Their hopes are quickly dashed as they discover the facility has been abandoned by those in power, overwhelmed by the dangerous nature of its inhabitants. Michael ventures into the prison's sewers in search of an inmate known as Whistler. Meanwhile, Lincoln, perplexed by Sara’s unexplained absence, learns that LJ has found himself in difficulty. He also continues his efforts to recover
