Synopsis

A disappearance in the canal coincided with an unusual underwater phenomenon, drawing Stephen and the ARC to investigate. As they searched for the creature responsible, Cutter remained convinced the anomaly lay elsewhere. His instincts proved tragically accurate when Abby was captured by beings from the future, held captive in a flooded warehouse cellar. Simultaneously, Cutter and Connor uncovered a conspiracy within the ARC itself.
