Synopsis

Cole’s responsibility was to safeguard Kite, a boy barely more than a child, adrift in the sprawling city. This task grew increasingly perilous with the rise of Mandilok, the newly appointed Org General, whose ambition now extended to the city's burgeoning architecture.
